1. About these terms
These terms apply when you hire Dangayach Marketing Group ("DMG", "we", "us"), for any service on this website. Your written quote or proposal sits on top of these terms. If the two ever disagree, the quote wins.
2. Quotes & scope
Prices on this website are starting prices. Before any work begins you get a written quote listing exactly what's included, the timeline and the price. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before we do it. Quotes are valid for 30 days. All prices are before GST.
3. Payments
- One-time builds: 50% to start, 50% before the project goes live. Larger projects can be split into milestones in the quote.
- Monthly plans: billed at the start of each month, in advance.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work until it's cleared.
4. Ad spend
Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta, Google or the relevant platform, from accounts in your name. Our fee covers managing the ads, not the ad budget itself. Platforms set their own rules and may reject or limit ads; we'll always tell you when that happens.
5. Who owns what
Once the project is paid in full, the website, app, designs, content and code we made for you belong to you. Your domain, ad accounts, pages and analytics stay in your name from day one. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Third-party tools, themes, fonts and plugins stay under their own licences. If any of them need a paid subscription, we'll tell you before using it.
6. Your part
Timelines depend on getting content, approvals and access from you on time. You confirm that anything you send us (logos, photos, product claims) is yours to use and is accurate.
7. Stopping a plan
Monthly plans have no lock-in. Give 15 days' notice on WhatsApp or email to stop, move up or move down. For one-time builds, if you stop the project midway you pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything done so far.
8. Results & liability
We work hard for results and report them honestly, but nobody can guarantee a specific number of sales or leads, because platforms, markets and seasons change. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Disputes & contact
Most problems get solved on a call, so let's talk first. If that doesn't work, these terms follow the laws of India and the courts of [city] will have jurisdiction.
