1. Who we are
This website is run by Dangayach Marketing Group ("DMG", "we", "us"). We build websites, apps and automations, and run marketing for businesses.
This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through this website, our forms, WhatsApp, phone and email.
2. What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, business name, website or Instagram handle, and anything you write in a message or form.
- What your browser tells us. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and how you reached the site. This comes through analytics tools, described below.
- Chats with KO-KO. Messages you type to our AI chat assistant are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. The conversation is kept only in your browser tab and is cleared when you close it. Please don't share passwords, card or bank details in the chat.
- For clients only. Access to the accounts you choose to share for the work (for example ad accounts or your website admin). We only use this access for the work you've asked for.
We don't collect payment card details on this website.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your free audit, and send you quotes you've asked for.
- To deliver the work in your contract and send you reports.
- To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, so we can improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We don't sell your information. We don't add you to newsletters or broadcast lists unless you ask.
4. Cookies & analytics
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our own ads. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Google explains how it uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Meta lets you control ad preferences from your Facebook or Instagram settings.
5. Who we share it with
Only with services we need to run the business, for example WhatsApp, Google Workspace, hosting providers, analytics tools and our AI provider for the chat assistant, and only what they need. If the law requires us to share information with an authority, we will.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries we don't hear back on are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the work continues, plus the period tax and accounting rules require.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll do it within 30 days. These rights follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
