Is GST included?
No. All prices are before 18% GST, and every invoice shows it separately.
Why is ad spend separate?
Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account, so you always see exactly where it went. Our fee is only for managing it.
Can I switch or stop a monthly plan?
Yes. Move up, move down or stop with 15 days' notice. No exit fees.
Do you offer payment in parts?
For one-time builds: 50% to start, 50% before going live. Bigger projects can be split into milestones.
